This soft, rectangular mat is designed to be used as padding for your knees while executing exercises in positions such as high kneeling, low lunge, or quadruped. With its soft texture, the pad can help to reduce any pressure points and discomfort in the knee area. The Kneeling Pad can be used as an addition on top of your exercise mat. It can also be used as a head support either in its normal flat position or rolled to provide more height. Place it under the head for positive head, neck, and shoulder alignment; under the pelvis in a supine position; and under the abdomen in a prone position to lengthen the lumbar spine, or as a precautionary measure in case of contraindications.
The Slings Kneeling Pad can also be used as an elbow protector in a lateral position and side support for more comfort around your elbows during your practice. Other possible applications: hand and foot padding or anti-glide mat.
