  1. Do you have a physical store?

    Yes, we are located at 25, Guthrie Street, Osborne Park Western Australia 6017. You are welcome to come in and browse our products and try them on for the correct size. You can also pick up your order if you prefer, just choose this option at checkout. Click here for a map. We are open to the public Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm.

    Note. Please be mindful that we are unable to provide you with medical advice and urge you to seek this advice from a Medical Practitioner or Allied Health Care Professional if you are unsure of which product to choose for your ailment.

  2. What forms of payment do you offer?

    • 30 days accounts for approved business customers only
    • All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars and GST is indicated where applicable
  3. How much does shipping cost?

    WA Metro - $12.65 Inc. GST

    QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, NT, WA Country – Normal Post: $12.65 Inc. GST | Express Post: $17.05 Inc. GST

    Extra shipping costs may be required based on the order weight and destination and we will contact you with a quote if required.

  4. What is a large item surcharge?

    Some of our products are extra-large and heavy (Eg. Dumbbells) and therefore cost a bit more to send. An additional large item surcharge may be required depending on the size and weight.

  5. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes, We can ship to PO Boxes except in the case of a large order.

  6. How long does delivery take?

    These times are only an estimate and delivery time may change depending on the product ordered.

    Large items and products will need to go via road and may take longer.

  7. Do you offer express delivery?

    Please choose the express shipping option during the checkout process if you need faster delivery. You can also add a note in the order comments at checkout.

  8. What is your return policy?

    For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase, as we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if you need to return goods purchased from the Actimed Australia website, please follow these steps:

    • Contact our sales Department at 08 9244 3982 or email sales@actimed.com.au with a valid reason for the return.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; Actimed Australia will not cover these charges.
    • Returns are not accepted for wrong decisions, change of mind, duplicate purchases, failure to receive finance support, or unmet expectations.
    • Only damaged or faulty goods with product quality issues will be considered for return.
