Shipping and Delivery

  • All online orders are dispatched from our Osborne Park WA warehouse.

Delivery Charges

Courier delivery for Australian orders:

  • Perth Metro Area - $12.65 inc. GST flat rate (excluding bulky items)
  • Perth Regional and all of Australia – Normal: $12.65 Inc. GST | Express: $17.05 Inc. GST

Extra shipping costs may be required based on the order weight and destination and we will contact you with a quote if required.

Free store pickup is available in Perth:

  • Please select "Free In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout after entering your shipping address. You'll be notified via email or phone call when your order is ready to be picked up.

Freight outside of Australia

We can ship internationally, please contact us on 08 9244 3982 or email sales@actimed.com.au for a quote.

Shipping your order

Once items have been dispatched, typical delivery times are as follows (some deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery address):

  • 1-2 business days: Perth Metro Area
  • 2-7 business days: most Australian metropolitan areas
  • 5-10 business days: most regional and remote locations throughout Australia.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post or private couriers.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address supplied to us. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry by you.

Online sales return policy

For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase, as we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if you need to return goods purchased from the Actimed Australia website, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Sales Department at 08 9244 3982 or email sales@actimed.com.au with a valid reason for the return.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; Actimed Australia will not cover these charges.
  • Returns are not accepted for wrong decisions, change of mind, duplicate purchases, failure to receive finance support, or unmet expectations.
  • Only damaged or faulty goods with product quality issues will be considered for return.

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully, as we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty, we will be happy to exchange the items. Please notify us immediately by using our online contact form and provide your full name, order number and details of the fault.

To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and damaged item for our inspection.

We will make every effort to process replacements for damaged/faulty/incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
